Relationships are the only way to do ministry. Would love to read the whole book if you want to send it my way.

I agree that communication isn't just one conversation. Our society has definitely become one which expects quick solutions and they aren't always there. It needs to be more about the journey with everything we do as a church, as employees, as spouses, friends, etc. I haven't enjoyed every journey I've been on, but God has taught me far more in my journies than in any yes/no conversation.

White space. Huh. Who knew? (well, ok, I guess I did.)

It does make sense to have the conversation before the crisis (as in -- we need this brochure tomorrow!)

I think I shall resolve to meet with one key ministry leader a week and circulate until the assimiliation education is complete.

Hee.

Good question, and a great answer. Ironic, that the very answer to your question is plastered all over the cover of her book! How could we have missed it??! (White space. Margin.)
